Should you elect to have your home professionally staged (almost always a great idea) I can refer you to the best in the business. And, lastly, we will establish the sales process calendar detailing the schedule of events (photo session, open houses, offer due dates, etc.)
Professional Photography - Great photos are an absolutely must. I will bring in an architectural photographer to create exceptional images for use in all of the online marketing efforts and printed materials. Every serious buyer in the marketplace will be looking at the photos online, ours need to be better than the rest.
Online Marketing - More than 90% of buyers will use the internet at some point during their home search, according to surveys published on the topic. In my experience it is 100%, so great online marketing is key. I will create a custom website specifically for your property and launch a very aggressive online marketing campaign. In addition to placement on all of the major local and national real estate websites (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, LA Times.com, etc.) maximum online exposure will be achieved via Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo, Bing) Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and more) and Online Classified Advertising (Craigslist, yes people do look for homes here). Your home will be prominently featured on my personal Los Angeles real estate blog and on thousands of other websites. All of our online marketing efforts are designed to achieve maximize exposure and bring the largest number of potential buyers to private showings and open houses.
Email Marketing - My database of buyers actively seeking homes in Los Angeles numbers in the thousands. Each and every one of these potential buyers will receive a personal email from me with information about your property.
Printed Materials - Professional full-color flyers are printed on quality paper and distributed at all of the open houses, available in the brochure box outside your home, hand-delivered to your neighbors, and mailed directly to targeted buyers. Your home is also prominently featured in my neighborhood newsletters distributed monthly to hundreds of homes in Los Angeles.

Open Houses - I will personally host at least 4 open houses at your property - a brokers’ open house for area real estate agents, a twilight open house for your neighbors (and eager buyers) and weekend open houses on both Saturday and Sunday.
